Packing
The work is protected with glassine over the painted surface, a layer of bubble wrap and a rigid box with reinforced corners. Pastel is fixed with varnish before dispatch.
Works ship unframed unless agreed otherwise. They travel more safely that way and the shipping costs less.
Timings
I pack and hand the parcel to the carrier within three working days of payment confirmation.
After that the delivery time depends on the destination, as listed in the table. You receive the tracking number on the day of dispatch.
Payment
Payment is made by bank transfer or PayPal. Once you confirm the work, you receive the details and the final amount including shipping by email.
The work is reserved in your name from the moment of confirmation.
Returns
You have fourteen calendar days from delivery to withdraw from the purchase, under European distance selling rules.
The work must come back in its original packaging and undamaged. Return shipping is paid by the buyer.
Customs
Within the European Union there are no customs formalities and no extra charges.
The Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla, the United Kingdom and the rest of the world sit outside the EU customs union: duties or import taxes may apply on arrival and are paid by the buyer.
